Everything buyers typically ask: how access works, what each tier includes, how to use commands, and how rate limits behave.
Getting started
Checkout is handled in Discord through a private ticket for speed and support.
  • 1.

    Purchase a plan

    Go to the Store and click “Start now” on the plan you want. If it’s in stock, a private Discord ticket is created.

  • 2.

    Complete checkout in your ticket

    Follow the instructions posted in the ticket. Your roles and access are applied after checkout.

  • 3.

    Confirm your access

    Use the /activate command to begin your subscription

    /activate [WHITELIST KEY HERE]

Whitelist Tier 1

Entry tier for consistent scanning.

FX Tier 1

Full FX match access — all rarities, all types.

  • MatchingFX HighTier + LowTier logs
  • TripleStack HighTier + LowTier logs
  • DoubleStack and MatchingFX detection
  • Includes everything in FX Tier 2
  • Weekly subscription

FX Tier 2

LowTier FX match access — Uncommons and Rares.

Rate Limit Bypass

For frequent users who hit cooldowns.

  • Removes join-link/button cooldown limits
  • Buyer role required
  • Weekly subscription
Commands
Commands are used inside Discord. Availability depends on your roles/tier.
Subscription status
/substatus
Shows your active products and expiry. Use this after purchase or if something looks missing.
Watchdog status
/wd_status
Shows the current watchdog worker status including uptime and health. Requires any buyer tier.
Global Join (Tier 3)
/globaljoin username
Searches the global scanner cache for a player and returns results when available. Requires the Global Join plan.
Rate limit usage
/ratelimit
Shows your current usage and cooldown status for join-link/button access. Requires any buyer tier.
Rate limit timer
/ratelimit_timer
Shows time remaining if you're currently on cooldown. If you have Bypass, it will show you're exempt.
Blacklist request
/blacklist request [username]
Sends a blacklist request for a user that appeared in SharkBot logs, so they do not appear again. Requires any buyer tier.
Log filter
/filter
Manage your personal log filter preferences to customize which alerts you see. Access depends on your tier.
Hide channel
/hide
Toggle visibility of specific log channels to declutter your server view. Access depends on your tier.
Rate limiting & join access
Rate limits protect the system from spam and keep performance stable for everyone.

Daily allowance

Each rolling 24-hour window grants a base number of join-link/button uses per user.

  • Base allowance: 45 uses / 24h
  • Usage is tracked per user

Cooldown cycles

After the base allowance is exhausted, a cooldown applies. After cooldown ends, you get additional uses.

  • Cooldown: 3 hours
  • Bonus per cycle: 15 additional uses

Join Cap

Each SharkBot join-log is capped at 3 seperate subscriber joins.

  • Prevents excess competition
  • Keeps sharking enviroment mellow

Bypass

Rate Limit Bypass removes these cooldown restrictions for eligible actions.

  • Recommended for high-frequency usage
  • Requires Buyer role
Join counts are deduped to prevent inflation from repeat clicks. If a join link appears capped or unavailable, it’s typically due to cooldowns, stock/role access, safety checks, and maximum join capacity.
